We invite every family for a private visit to our campus. Walk through the Innovation Hub, meet the people who matter most to your child's education, and bring every question you have. For families not yet in Chennai, we offer a virtual visit option too.

When you are ready, pay the application form fee, complete the AWS Application Form, and submit your supporting documents. International students have a separate one-time international admissions fee. Once your enrollment fee is received, your child's place is confirmed — along with a Welcome Letter, access to the My AWS parent portal, and a dedicated Success Manager.

A non-refundable application form fee is required to process your application. International students pay a separate one-time international admissions fee.
Previous school reports, transcripts, and any standardised test scores from the past two academic years.
Copy of student's birth certificate and passport. For international students, a valid visa is also required. Parent/guardian identification documents.
Up-to-date immunisation records and any relevant medical information or special educational needs documentation.
Recent passport-sized photographs of the student and parents/guardians for school records and identification.

Yes — and we strongly encourage it. We offer private campus visits led by our admissions team. For families outside Chennai, we also offer virtual visits so you can experience AWS from wherever you are.

Once your enrollment fee is received, your child's place is confirmed. You will receive a Welcome Letter, access to the My AWS parent portal, an introduction to your child's dedicated Success Manager, and a welcome contact from our admissions team to guide you through onboarding.
We accept applications year-round, though we recommend applying early as spaces are limited. Our primary intake is for the academic year starting in August. Contact our admissions team to check availability for your child's year group.
