It is strengthened through shared experiences — cultural celebrations that honour where families come from, service projects that connect learners to the world beyond the school gates, and parent partnerships that go far beyond a newsletter and a drop-off queue. It thrives when families feel they are not just ‘customers’ of a school, but co-creators of it. When alumni come back not because they have to, but because they want to.
